Workout Thursday 22 July 2010

Strength
Press 3/3/3

WOD
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 pull ups
10 Push ups
15 squats

or

5 handstand push ups
10 alternating one legged squats
15 pull ups

  1. I did the first WOD - 7 rounds w/ push-ups on knees.

    It was such a nice day I decided to go for a run first - 2.7km (up 1km from a month ago - only stopped once for about 30 seconds to 1min half way through). Then I did this WOD at home after since I have my pull up bar here...so I didn't do presses today. In retrospect I should've just ran to the gym, then did the presses and WOD and ran home...next time :D

  4. Amazing! I've soooo done that, kind of a bitch when it happens.
    Didn't do this WOD, got to lay low the metcons till the tattoos heal.. Now I have me a new one form today! WOOT.

    PR'd with the Press - 90lbs.
    Also Joey and I played with bench press and I got 115 up for 3. I PR :D
