Complete the following for time:
50 box jumps, M24"/F20"
50 jumping pull ups
50 Swings, M35/F20
walking lunge, 50 steps
50 knees to elbows
50 push press, M45/F30
50 back extensions
50 wall ball, 20, 16 or 12 pound ball
50 burpees
50 double unders
