In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael McGreevy, 30, of Portville, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28 2005.

Run 800 m
50 back extentions
50 sit ups

  1. Modified this to 6 rounds of 400m/25/25. Took approx 35 - 40mins. My stop watch broke at some point during my workout because somewhere around round 5 I looked at it and it was back to 33 seconds and moving very slowly. Boo. Probably needs a new battery.
