WOD
Complete 5 rounds for time
Hang Power Clean 5 reps
Front squat 5 reps
Push Jerk 5 reps

 Advanced, M155/F100
 Intermediate, M115/F85
 Beginner, M95/F55

All levels finish with 5 minutes practice on a gymnastic skill of your choice
