Hanging power snatch 5/5/5

WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 4 minutes, rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of 4 cycles.
 7 KB swings
 10 Wall Ball

Loading: Swings, Adv-M70/F45, Int-M55/F35, Beg-M35/F20
                Wall Ball, Adv-M20/F16, Int-M16/F12, Beg-M14/F10

Advanced and Intermediate use a 10' target, Beginners use an 8' target

    Sadly, I am not going to the gym today.
    Jessie and I are hiking to the lake and going swimming.

    HPS: 45/50/50* failed last set...should've started at 40

    WOD: 3/3/2/2 Subbed 10lb wall balls for 20lb Thrusters.

    I don't know if I was just tired, but this was super hard.

  3. So Jess and I hiked up a monster hill to get to Long Lake. We found and awesome path to walk and had quite the up and down climb.. We worked up quite the sweat and found a great place to strip dpwn to our bikins and go for a lovely swim.

    Jess basked in the shallows while I went back and forth. I LOVE swimming.
    Jess thinks in total I swam 140ft. It FELT GREAT! Then we hiked back home, ate a plate of food! :)

    This was a huge feat for me. This was a 10 lb jump in a couple of weeks. Last time I tried to do 140 for 5 and failed on my second rep. All of a sudden a hit 145 for 5 and I swear I had more in the tank

    WOD 4 rounds/3+7swings/3+7swings/3+7swings+2wallball
    I used 70lb swings, a 22lb ball and a target that forced me to throw above ten feet. I scored the least of anybody in my group for the first time today (but everybody else scaled) :P
