press 5/5/5

Wod
21 / 15 / 9 reps for time:
Handstand push up
ring dip
push up

Handstand push ups are piked with your feet or knees on a bench as needed
Dips are from rings, bars or bench dips as needed, post times and scaling to comments.

All levels finish with one minute front lever

  2. Ok, hello murder, how are you today? The pain in my upper body now matches my lower. Good WOD.
    65/75/85PR I was only able to het 85 up x 3 the last time.
    Nate : 12 min he's a jerk.

    Piked handstand, jumping ring dips, push-ups = dear god, I think I just died.

  3. Press 130/135/140*fail still a 5 pound PR
    Pull up 55/65/75 I always pair press with pull up

    WOD: 5:04 that's a 2 minute and ten second PR.

    (Pssst megz! Nate was on Saturday today was JT) :P

  4. Press 40/45/50* almost failed the last of the 5 but I did it!!

    Time 10mins - bench pushups, bench dips, knee push ups.

    My form wasn't so great on the bench pushups. Some were pretty small movements. Damn that was hard!!!

    Followed by running 10laps (1k)
