5/3/1 week 3
Squat Set one, 5 x 75%
              Set two, 3 x 85%
              Set three, 1 (at least) x 95%

This is it. Go big or go home!

Conditioning 
10 rounds for time of
5 handstand push ups
10 One legged squats, alternating legs
15 pull ups
                          OR
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
