                    set 3, 95% x 1+ at least





Conditioning:
15,12,9 reps for time:
Advanced : Thruster  M135lbs, F85lbs
                    Pull-up  M40lbs, 20lbs

Intermediate: Thruster M105lbs, F65lbs
                       Pull-ups M20lbs, F10lbs

Beginner: Thruster M75lbs, F45lbs
                 Pull-up, no added weight!
