Bench Press 
40% x 5
50% x 5
60% x 5 (no more then 5)

Conditioning

10 rounds for time of:
advanced       : 10 pull ups
                      : 10 ring dips

intermediate : 10 pull ups
                     : 10 ring push ups

beginner       : 10 jumping pull ups
                     : 10 push ups

then do 10 handstands.
