Take it easy

I have been Kicking your butts pretty hard these past couple of weeks

Run an easy 5k
Go through stretching and mobility exercises before and after

Don't forget to breathe properly

    I ran to Annekas house. Took me about 20 min give or take. I then walked speedy home.
    I am going to the pool side today, so that's all I got. :)
