Intermediate: Press 5/3/1/1/1
Advanced: 5/3/1 Press Day

Conditioning
For time:
70 Burpees
60 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods
40 Pull-ups
30 Handstand push-ups

Scale weights, Movements and rep ranges as needed. Don't sell yourself short chip away at it one rep at a time
