For time:
Advanced/Intermediate: Run 1 mile
                                       100 sit ups
                                       100 back extensions
                                       Run 1 mile

Beginner: Run 800m
                 50 sit ups
                 50 back extensions
                 run 800m

Divide up the sit ups and back extensions as needed
