Crossfit "Diane"
21-15-9 reps of:
Deadlift
Handstand Push Ups

Advanced: Men, 225 pounds
                   Ladies, 145 pounds

Intermediate: Men, 185 pounds
                       Ladies, 125 pounds

Beginner: Men, 135 pounds
                 Ladies, 95 pounds

Do regular or piked handstand push ups as needed

Finish with planche practice.
