5 rounds for time:
DeadLift, 7 reps @ 71% of you one rep max
25 Double unders

Finish with one minute aggregate planche work

  2. I'm really excitesd to try this one too. Last time I did it I was just coming off of basic training and was horribly deconditioned. It took me over 17 minutes. Let's see how it goes today

  4. I failed on 90lbs for my press, but I was hungry and a little distracted. I know I can do it, as I have pressed more weight then that in the past.
    I beat my time too... I think that last time I did this I was 15 or 11 mins (I can't find my book with the time in it) But this time I was 8:21sec . Not to shabby!
