WOD
Badger
3 rounds for time of
Advanced: 30 squat cleans, (M95/F65)
                    30 pull ups
                    run 800m

Intermediate: 30 squat cleans, (75/F45)
                         30 pull ups
                         run 800m

Beginner: 21 squat cleans, (M55/F35)
                  21 jumping pull ups
                  run 800m

Finish with handstand practice

  2. 29:34 Absolutely brutal! My back was pretty tight from yesterdays box jumps so my squat cleans took quite a bit longer than they should have. But I'm still happy with how I did overall.

    and hung over!! It sobered me up and I felt AMAZING after. I had to take it a little easy on my run, I was feeling a ill and needed to totally catch my breath.

    I broke only one on my last set of cleans, but that was to adjust my grip.
