Beginner: 21 squat cleans, (M55/F35)
21 jumping pull ups
run 800m
Finish with handstand practice
Oh man... This is going to kill me later, Serves me right for drinking with your folks last night. lol
ReplyDelete29:34 Absolutely brutal! My back was pretty tight from yesterdays box jumps so my squat cleans took quite a bit longer than they should have. But I'm still happy with how I did overall.

ReplyDeleteand hung over!! It sobered me up and I felt AMAZING after. I had to take it a little easy on my run, I was feeling a ill and needed to totally catch my breath.
I broke only one on my last set of cleans, but that was to adjust my grip.
