Ok , so I did it, I survived.shoulder press @ 75lbs10lbs kip pull-ups, strict on the way down..7:59 for the WOD - I LOVE BALL SLAMS!
I did this one on Sunday because I hurt my back and let is rest for a bit. I didn't do press but I did doHandstand push up 3x5 with hands on 6" boxesPull up 3x5 @ 75 lbs (75x5x3)WOD - 5:55not bad at all for a rippled old mad
