Deadlift 5/5/5

Crossfit Helen
3 rounds for time of:
run 400m
21 kettlebell swings, (55 pounds guys, 35 pounds ladies)
12 pull ups

finish with one minute total work of front lever.

Stretch, Relax, Recover.
