20 Double-unders
25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, M70/F35 lbs
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, M35/F20 pound dumbbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, M20/F15 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents
If you have to scale any of the movements, do the most advanced version you are capable of.
