Front Lever 5 minutes to practice
Weighted Pull up 1 rep max

Conditioning
Pull up clock of doom!!!
With a continuously running clock, do one pull up the first minute, two the second, three the third etc. Continuing until you can no longer complete the required number of reps within the minute.
