Crossfit Games open Sectionals WOD 11.4

Skill
5Minutes of Pistol Practice

Conditioning
CrossFit Games Open 11.4
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
60 Bar-facing burpees
120 pound Overhead squat, 30 reps
10 Muscle-ups

Cool down with 2 minutes of handstand practice and don't forget mobility work

  1. I did the "crossfit mom" version, and totally over pushed it.
    5x
    10 burpees
    10 overhead squat @ 45lbs
    10 pull ups
    10 dips (I did ring push ups)

    25min 12 sec.

    After I felt like a dump truck ran me over, then backed up. Wasn't feeling so well last night.
    This morning I am still feeling quite gross..
    I think it's time to go "easier" on my self, being 7 months pregnant and all!
