12-9-6 reps for time:
Dumbbell squat snatch, left arm
Dumbbell squat snatch, right arm
Handstand push up
Advanced: M55lb/F35lb
Handstand push ups are to be done with hands on 2" boxes
Intermediate: M40lb/25lb
Beginner:30lb/F15lb
