Front lever progression work, 5 minutes practice
Clean and jerk 1 rep max

Conditioning
5 rounds for time:
Deadlift, 12 reps
Hang power clean, 9 reps
Push jerk, 6 reps

Loading is 75% of your one rep max clean and jerk
